How to care for marigolds:
Full sun is best- marigolds need 6-8 hours of sunlight a day. Too much shade can lead to fewer blooms and leggy growth.
Water deeply but infrequently. Let the soil dry between waterings. Overwatering can lead to root rot or mildew. Water at the base to keep the leaves dry and reduce disease risk.
Deadhead (remove spent flowers) regularly to encourage continuous blooming.
